We are happy to offer our customers the option of live support.  By using the software available below, we are able to access your desktop remotely and guide you through upgrades or troubleshooting while speaking with you on the phone.  (It's sometimes easier to DEMONSTRATE than to simply EXPLAIN!)

Live Online Support Session

To ensure that items being shipped to PHP -- either for a refund or for reprogramming -- are being tracked, ALL returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization and 5-digit Authorization number. To obtain this number, please contact Bill or Corey by phone or e-mail. You can fill out the RMA online and print it or fill it out by hand and include it with your product.

All Custom Calibrations, Shipping, and Labor Charges are Non-Refundable.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all products that are not returned in brand new, sellable condition. This is determined at the discretion of PHP.

Easily install your new "Custom" tunes -- even get detailed descriptions of Diagnostic Codes. Plus, with features like the Tire Size Calculator and the HP calculator, you're sure to get the most out of your Gryphon.

Pegasus and Phoenix Flash are currently supported on Windows 98, ME, NT, 2K, 2003, XP and Vista. You can also run Pegasus on Mac OS X using Parallels or VMware Fusion. Windows 64 bit versions of XP and Vista require downloading and installing the new USB Driver located below. To use these images:

  1. [Right-Click] the picture you'd like, select either [Save As] or [Save Image As] and save to your hard drive.
  2. Run Pegasus and connect your Gryphon unit.
  3. Click on [Utilities] and then [Change Splash Screen].
  4. Click on [File] and then [Open Image].
  5. Browse to the location of the file you just saved, select that file and then click [Open].
  6. Set the Splash Delay Time to the number of seconds you'd like the splash to display during bootup (key on).
  7. Click on [File] and then [Upload Image] to send the image to the Gryphon.
