PRODUCT ORDER FORMS

You will find that most of our order forms ask you to provide quite a bit of information about your vehicle -- in fact, we haven't seen any other companies ask as many questions.  The reason we do this is simple:  We want to provide you with the safest, most reliable products possible. The more we know about your truck, its modifications, and your driving style, the better your calibrations will be!  Thank you for understanding.  We cannot process any orders without a signed order form!


We are pleased to tell you that you will now be able to pay your invoice online; this service offers you several important advantages:

    * Paying online is easy, fast, accurate
    * You don't need special software
    * You can pay by credit card
    * You can view previous invoices and see which ones you've paid
    * We will automatically be notified of your payment so your order can be shipped
    * The service is FREE — there are no fees or service charges

Products can be returned within 30 days for a refund.  A 15% restocking fee may be charged for all items not returned in brand new, sellable condition.
This will be determined at PHP's discretion.

Most other companies use online shopping carts, but we choose to use order forms that we created with Adobe Acrobat Pro.  Our order forms are very detailed, and we believe that this is the best way to provide you with the safest, most efficient products possible for your vehicle.  Adobe allows you to sign our forms digitally so that they can be e-mailed to us. This technology provides

• Assurance that the information has not been altered since it was sent
• Verification of the signer's digital identity

When you click on the signature box, you will be prompted to set up your digital signature if you have not already done so.  Adobe will provide you with step by step instructions. After signing, please save the file as your First and Last Name.pdf.  Attach the file to an e-mail addressed to corey@phptune.com .

You may also print the form, sign it by hand, and fax it to us at 678-963-9919.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with instructions how to pay your invoice online when your order is processed.

Please provide a physical address for shipping via UPS Ground service.

We charge a standard $15.00 to ship a Gryphon programmer, Minotaur Automotive Tuning Software™ Package, F.U. Chip Package, or FU2 Flex Chip Package to the 48 continental United States. This is based on UPS's current shipping rates.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere outside of the continental United States will be determined at the time of purchase.  Insurance will be included in the cost.
