LIVE ONLINE SUPPORT SESSION
We are happy to offer our customers the option of live online
support. By using the software available by clicking the
button above, we will be able to take control of your
desktop remotely and guide you through upgrades or
troubleshooting with you on the phone. You will be able to
see everything we are doing, and you can cancel the
session at any time. When the session is finished, the software
will completely uninstall itself from your computer.
RETURNS
To ensure that items shipped to PHP can be tracked, ALL returns
MUST be accompanied by a Return Merchandise

contact us by phone or e-mail. Then, fill out the RMA
online and print it or fill it out by hand and include
it with your product.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED RMA NUMBER!
